unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or convert a purchased package to cash. However, you can give your package to a friend/family
we are usually fully-booked 2 weeks in advance so would recommend you book ahead. We will try our best to accomodate last-minute booking requests, however we cannot guarantee last-minute availability. We are not responsible for unclaimed services due to last minute booking requests where we can't accomodate.
