We’re thrilled to announce that we’re migrating our booking system to Fresha, starting Tuesday, 4 PM, 21st January. This change will bring significant benefits to enhance your experience with us, including:

• Faster Operations: A system optimised for high client volumes, ensuring smoother service.
• User-Friendly Interface: A more intuitive and streamlined booking process for you.
• Group Bookings Online: You can now book group appointments more conveniently online.
• Tailored Service Durations: Services can be adjusted to fit individual staff expertise, allowing enough time for new staff members to ensure great service.

The new system will be live at 4 PM on Tuesday 21st January. You can go to our website and book as usual. Here are the things to note:

• Client Accounts: Your contact details have been migrated, so you can log in with your existing email address. However, please note that your previous booking history is not available in the new system.
• Payment Information: Credit card details have not been migrated, so you may be asked to re-enter your card details for your first booking.
• Upcoming Appointments: All upcoming bookings have been successfully migrated and will be honored. You might also receive an additional confirmation email from Fresha.
• Gift Cards: All gift cards have been transferred, and recipients can redeem them using the same codes.‍
• Credit and amount owed: All credit and amount owed will also be transferred to the new system.‍
• Service Consistency: Service durations and prices remain unchanged.
