If your nails chip or break within 7 days of your service, we’ll fix them free of charge (excludes accidental breakage by clients).
90% of our appointments are made online, and we rarely have space for walk-ins. We recommend booking online or giving us a call in advance to secure your spot. During winter, same-week bookings are often available, but for summer, we suggest booking ahead to avoid missing out.

To respect our staff’s time and ensure their income, we have the following cancellation policy:
- 50% fee for cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment.
- 100% fee- for no-shows or cancellations/rescheduling within 2 hours of your appointment.
Yes, we can remove work done at other salons. We also offer infills for builder gel or Gel-X sets from other salons, as long as they’re less than 4 weeks old. Please note, we don’t infill SNS or acrylics—these will need to be removed first, please include removal add-on for these services when you book online.

Our product range includes vegan, cruelty-free, and HEMA-free options, and brands such as Bandi, Madam Glam, Designer Nails (HEMA-free provided on request).
